We exclusively supply our customers’ private label products. We do not supply products to the end user. Techtron’s intellectual property is made up of 1000+ chemical formulations and we are continually developing new products to add to our database to meet evolving market demands..

For customers who require completely bespoke chemical substances we also offer full support through our structured new product development process. This straightforward process is designed to be accessible and efficient for both large-scale operations and new start-ups, making it possible for any business to bring a high-quality formulation to market.

Fit to your Specification

Our team of expert formulation chemists enable our customers to offer final products that fit their specification. We are able to not only formulate, bottle, label and deliver your product – we are also able to test it. Our in-house testing capabilities include:

Benchmark performance testing and reporting to allow comparative assessments. We can test for cleaning, adherence, corrosion, surface retention and biocidal efficacy etc.
Physico-chemical testing including pH, viscosity, SG, total solids, foam height, conductivity, RI etc.
In-house microbiological capabilities to include TVC and microbiological counts, identification and challenge testing and the facility for QC positive release. We also have links with the University of Wolverhampton for the bespoke design of biological products.

Consumers' Expectations are High

Consumers are becoming better informed and educated about the products they use and the ingredients they contain, but still have high expectations for performance. While this presents challenges, we've developed long-standing relationships with external laboratories to allow for the provision of accredited reports on ecotoxicity, toxicology and human safety assessments.

Techtron also has access to an ISO 17025 metallurgical and composite testing facility which offers an extensive schedule of accredited tests. This includes microstructural evaluation and corrosion testing, including those required by CLP.
