From 50ml to 1000L IBCs

We operate four separate chemical bottling lines, which are capable of filling from as small as 50ml up to 1000L IBCs. These lines are flexible and have the capability of handling most sizes and shapes of bottle. Our liquid filling machines are capable of bottling products that range in viscosity. We can work with anything from water-thin liquids to liquids with a shampoo-type consistency.

Our liquid filling capabilities are very flexible. We can accommodate a wide variety of product types, batch sizes, and packaging requirements. We can fill and bottle using either packaging supplied either by the customer or our approved network of suppliers. This gives our clients the freedom to choose the exact packaging that works for their product. We offer a comprehensive range of bottles, caps, trigger sprays, labels, and containers. All are vetted to meet industry standards for durability, compatibility, and performance. We work closely with our clients to ensure the finished product is of the highest quality.
