Techtron Receives AA Grade From the BRC Certification Body

Techtron is delighted to have recently achieved AA Grade from the BRC Certification Body, having been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of Global Standards for Consumer Products - Personal Care and Household; Issue 4. 

Techtron has been assessed for the following activities: the manufacture, formulation, filling and packing of household, industrial and pet-care products into bottles and bulk containers.

Previously Techtron had passed these audits and been very successful with an A rating. Following the recent audit, the team has been given an AA rating, the highest award possible. Most notable improvements include:

  • Improved quality reviews for raw materials in stock
  • Dedicated quarantine areas, created for non-conforming packaging, to isolate these whilst they are investigated
  • Updated procedures for risk assessments to ensure the safety of all staff
