A New Automotive Range

We were tasked with the development of a six-part automotive product range by a major distributor of automotive cleaning solutions for the UK and Ireland.

The range included glass cleaner, wash and wax, and traffic film removers. The products were developed to preserve tight cost margins, but also needed to maintain high levels of performance to compete with other brands.

We were able to produce sizeable volumes in large pack sizes (20L) and demonstrated our ability to support quarterly retail promotions. The Deeside team were charged with developing and executing a complex logistics solution for multi-site drops and delivery to the end consumer.

We were to deliver on behalf of the customer throughout the UK and Ireland, so we had to ensure a high service level was maintained.

Our Partnership

The customer now works in full partnership with us and uses all the services we offer – formulation, blending, filling, regulatory advice for on-pack copy, palletisation and logistics.

Customers using this service also have access to our extensive formulation bank (500+ products) which includes TFRs, glass cleaners, ceramic shampoos, bird dropping remover, wash and wax, waterless car shampoo, rain repellents, plastic restorers, tar and glue remover, leather cleaner and conditioner, and many more.
